All you need is:

• A stable internet connection (minimum 50-100 Mbps recommended for seamless streaming).
   
• A compatible device (Formuler, BuzzTV, MAG box, or Android/Firestick).
   
• An active subscription with us.

 Setup is quick and easy:

• Connect your device to your TV and the internet.
   
• Enter the subscription details we provide.
   
• Start streaming instantly. We also offer free setup guides and customer support.

Each subscription is per device. You can purchase additional connections if you’d like to use IPTV on more than one device at the same time. 

No, we do not provide refunds on subscription services. For devices (boxes), returns may be accepted within 7 days of purchase, subject to a 30% restocking fee. 

Temporary outages may occur due to internet provider issues or maintenance. Our team works to resolve any downtime as quickly as possible, but a stable internet connection on your end is also required. 

IPTV itself is a legal technology used worldwide. Our responsibility is to provide a stable service and devices, and it is the customer’s responsibility to use them in compliance with local regulations. 

Simply contact us before your plan expires. We’ll send you renewal options, and once payment is received, your service will be extended instantly. 

We currently accept e-transfer and cash. For device purchases, we also offer secure online checkout.
